- 1 Maintenance of roads and the provision of hardware services related to the winter maintenance of poviat roads in the Tatra poviat in the season winter 2025/2026 "divided into 3 (three) tasks according to the division specified in point 4.4 of the specification of the terms of the contract [hereinafter referred to as" SWZ "] and in parts of the flight of this announcement.
2. A detailed list of roads on which services will be provided with these proceedings, together with the division The tasks were presented on the map, which is Annex 10 to SWZ.
3. Provision of services being the subject of this public procurement procedure for tasks No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3, referred to above, in particular, will consist in the performance of related activities with winter maintenance of roads, [hereinafter referred to as "Zud"], in accordance with the legal provisions in force in this respect, i.e. the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of October 27, 2005 on the types and conditions for the use of funds that can be used on public roads as well as streets and squares (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 230, item 1960), which will consist of:

- road and roadsides,
- pavements and fuses of bridge facilities,
