- 1. The subject of the order is winter road maintenance in the city of Biała Podlaska in the 2025-2026 season, conducted in accordance with ordinance No. 118/24 of 11.06.2024 of the Mayor of the City regarding the introduction of the guidelines of winter road maintenance (ZUD).
2. Name and code/Y CODE OF THE CONSTRUCTION Dictionary: (CPV):
90620000-9-snow removal services, 90630000-2-icing removal services.
The 3rd winter season lasts from November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
4. Minimum road maintenance standards in the city:
1) roads covered and the order of winter maintenance:
a) national road - standard 2 increased;
b) expensive provincial - standard 2 ordinary;
c) poviat roads - standard 3;
d) municipal roads - Standard 3;
2) roads covered by the second order of winter maintenance - standard 4;
3) roads intended to sprinkle with sand - standard 4;
4) access roads (service) of national roads - standard 4;
5) dirt roads - Standard 6.
5. Roads and surface statement:
1) the national road with connectors is Annex 1 to SWZ;
2) access (service) roads to the national road, snowed only on the order of the Ordering Party, constitutes Annex 2 to SWZ;
3) streets covered and the order of winter maintenance, is Annex 3 to SWZ;
4) streets covered by the second order of winter maintenance, constitutes Annex 4 to SWZ;
5) streets covered with snow removal and sprinkling sand, constitutes Annex 5 to SWZ;
6) dirt roads, snowing only at the order of the Ordering Party, constitutes Annex 6 to SWZ;
