- 1. The subject of this order is winter road maintenance in the Limanowa commune in the 2025/2026 season. Winter maintenance of roads, i.e. activities aimed at ensuring passability and limiting the disturbance of traffic liquidity caused by phenomena such as snowfall, Rain with snow, freezing drizzle or slippery winter road. The maintenance of winter roads includes: snow removal from the road, combating and preventing winter slipping by the use of chemicals or reinforcing materials. A significant part of the roads is located in mountainous and hilly area.
2. The resources allow the submission of partial offers - the number of parts 10.
3. Method of providing services, activities which will be performed as part of the provided service was specified in the technical specification of winter road maintenance (ZUD) - Annex to SWZ. 4. The Contractor will provide the service only in cases of atmospheric phenomena - snowfall, slipping, i.e. weather phenomena qualifying the use of snow removal equipment, combating slippery - with the help of their own equipment. 5. As part of the subject of the contract The contractor will ensure a hint material for the liquidation of slippery on the roads. 7.
