- The subject of the order is to carry out winter maintenance of municipal and district roads in the Ostrow Mazowiecka Commune in 2026, consisting of removing roads and combating black ice. The subject of the order should be performed in such a way as to ensure passability of the entire width of the surface and limit disruptions traffic flow. For this purpose, the contractor should eliminate the slippery slope along the entire width of the road, and especially on sections that determine the possibility of traffic - dangerous bends and driveways, intersections with hard roads and at bus stops. Transport of equipment to and from the designated work site by the Ordering Party is carried out at the contractor's expense. The material for combating black ice is the contractor's material. The dates and scope of road repairs will depend on weather conditions and information provided by an employee of the Commune Office. The response time from the moment of receiving the order from the Ordering Party is no longer than 2 hours, unless the Ordering Party orders otherwise. The Ordering Party will inform the contractor about the deadline for completing the district roads after signing the agreement with the Ostrow County.
