- The subject of the contract is to prepare construction and performance projects for the front and side dam No. 2 (two separate studies in accordance with the division into parts, restoring the functions of the tank, without changing the technical parameters of existing dams. The contractor's task will be the assumptionAcceptance of such design solutions that will enable the implementation of investments in the formula to submit construction works. The contracting authority sets 2 stages of the order. The first of them will concern the performance of the expertise along with the performance of geological and geotechnical tests to determine the statetechnical dams and proposing variants to be implemented. Subsequently, after accepting the variant by the contracting authority, the contractor will proceed to the 2nd stage of work related to the development of construction and performance documentation.
