Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of work clothes washing services for employees of the Office of Technical Inspection, UDT Branch in Ostrow Wielkopolski. in 2026. We reserve that the procedure may end with no offer being selected in the event of exceeding the estimated funds. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: invoices issued after the end of the month based on the service implementation protocol. Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice. - Completion date: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 - Any additional costs after the Contractor's website. - Waiting time for the service: up to 5 business days from the date of receipt of the clothes. - Washing of work clothes will take place in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Liability for any damage to work clothes resulting from improper workmanship the services will be borne by the Contractor. - The prices given in the offer should include all costs related to the service, regardless of the quantity and frequency of clothing transferred. - Laundry will be delivered individually by employees to designated reception points. - Laundry should be carried out according to procedures adapted to the level of dirt and guaranteeing high quality of washed clothes (both bacteriological and hygienic). The agents used in the washing and bleaching process must not damage the fabric. - The contractor is responsible for items damaged in the process time...
