Description:
The subject of the order are forest management services as specified in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567, Forest Act), covering work in the field of glass management and seed production, to be performed in the Woszakowice Forest District in 2026.2) The scope of the subject of the order includes the total amount of works in the field of glass management and seed production resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. planned size of work; Appendix No. 2.2.1. - detailed scope of work by activity group, activity and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the order value for individual works estimated using the Labor Consumption Catalog; 3) Material scope listed in the annexes included in Attachment No. 2 are of an estimated nature. 4) Quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the order are set out in Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Attachment No. 3.1.
