- II. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER1. The subject of the order includes work consisting in reconstructing and painting horizontal markings and maintaining vertical markings and road safety elements in the Komorniki Commune in 2026.2. The ordering party does not divide the order into parts. Tim The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law. Reasons for not dividing: Due to the fact that the Permanent Traffic Organization contains both horizontal and vertical signs and they must be introduced at the same time - the subject of the order is indivisible. All the works are interconnected and it is not possible to isolate a separate scope to allow for the submission of partial offers. Failure to divide the order into parts does not distort competition in the procedure.3. The task includes maintaining horizontal and vertical markings and road safety elements in the Komorniki Commune in 2025.
