Description:
1. The subject of the order are the following services provided to the Ordering Party:
a) MAINTENANCE of the WORKFLOW system - understood as work of an operational nature, ensuring in a comprehensive manner: uninterrupted, failure-free and safe operation of the IT system, carried out by the Contractor based on processes and functions consistent with the ITIL library, in relation to all components and infrastructure environments of the System, including: central production, testing and development. The work will be carried out continuously (24/7/365), settled on a monthly basis lump sum.
b) DEVELOPMENT OF THE WORKFLOW system - understood as design work involving the introduction of all functional and non-functional modifications to the Ordering Party's IT system, resulting from changes in legal regulations, IT projects implemented by the Ordering Party and other needs identified by him, as well as developing/updating all documentation in the scope corresponding to the modifications, including information/training materials. The works will be carried out only at the request of the Ordering Party and will be settled on the basis of labor intensity execution of individual Orders.
