The subject of the order are works aimed at draining foundations and basements, vertical insulationand horizontal, dehydration of the building and protection against flooding and capillary pulling of water in the historic building administration building Goczałkowice - Zdroj - former "President Hotel" from 1880, located in Goczałkowice - Zdroj, ul. Uzdrowiskowa 54
2. The removal is financed underProgram of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage: "Removing the effects of floods in monuments entered in the register of monuments - planned works"
3. Things include draining basements and foundations after the flood and protection against future moisture. Drying methods will be usedmechanical (condensing dehumidifiers, heaters) and capillary (crystalline injection). The process will be monitored by humidity measurements. Horizontal (moisture diaphragm with pressure injection) and vertical (bituminous and mineral coatings) will be made. InstallationLinear dehydration will include a drainage system with perforated pipes and wells. Destroyed wall coatings will be removed - plastering with mechanical and hydrodynamic methods and removal of mineral and oil paints. The walls will be cleaned, filled with renovation mortar and covered with a new onehigh vapor permeability plaster. Piwnica floors will be re -made after breaking the damaged layers.
