Description:
The subject of the order is the development of the real estate area at ul. Stawki 27 in Warsaw. The scope of the Contractor's tasks includes, in particular: 1) tidying up the entire real estate area and removing all construction waste, i.e. rubble, trills, etc.; 2) construction of parking spaces; 3) arranging cubes/wall boards/edges/kerbs;4) installation of an automatic gate with a wicket from Niska Street in Warsaw;5) installation of a wicket from Stawki 27 Street in Warsaw;6) installation of an illuminated information board at the wicket from Stawki 27 Street in Warsaw (concrete);7) installation in the ground rainwater tanks (2 pieces x 5,000 liters); 8) erecting a garbage canopy; 9) other necessary accompanying works related to the technology of individual works.
