Description:
Execution of works related to the replacement of the central heating boiler and hot water exchangers in Dom Zdrojowy in Jedlina-Zdrj. The scope of work includes, among others: 1) Disassembly of the existing central heating boiler and 3 hot water exchangers with a capacity of 1000 liters each2) Removal and disposal of demolition materials3) Delivery and installation of the boiler condensing gas with a power of 350-380 kW4) Delivery and installation of 3 pieces of domestic hot water heaters with a capacity of 700-750 liters each (double-skinned or with a double coil). The exchangers must be adapted to connect circulation. Exchangers should be cross-connected5) Delivery and assembly of the station water treatment6) Delivery and installation of an additional boiler circulation pump7) Delivery and installation of automation controlling the system of all pumps, the boiler being the subject of the order and the existing boiler8) Carrying out the necessary modernizations of the chimney duct9) Development of a new the current diagram of the boiler room equipment, including the heating system in the Teresa Hospital and the nutrition department building. 10) Completing the documentation and preparing an application for a technical examination to the Office of Technical Inspection.
