Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive deliveries of various medical and sterile devices, including one-time sterile equipment and personal protective equipment for the workshop of cytostatics described in detail in Annex 2A to SWZ (assortment and price form), which is its integral Hi.
Annex 2 includes part of the order as below:
Part 1 - Steal gloves for the preparation of cytostatics
Part 2 - Steal syringes for cytostatic drugs
Part 3 - Amber connection kit with 0.2 Micron phytr for the preparation and supply of cytostatics
Part 4 - Amber connection kit for the preparation and supply of cytostatics
Part 5 - photosensitious drugs
Part 6 - Injection needles
Part 7 - Two -function cannula plugs
Part 8 - Steal gloves for the preparation of cytostatics
Part 9 - Steal transfer instruments for drug collection
HI 10 - sterile intercourse connectors
Part 11 - Protective overalls for the production of cytostatic drugs
Part 12- elastomer pumps for the preparation of cytostatic drugs
Part 13 - Insulin syringes
Part 14 - Surgical napkins
