Description:
Part 1 - covering year -round (current and winter) maintenance of national roads of the region in Koszalin.
Roads administered by the area in Koszalin covered by the subject of the contract are:
- S6 expressway from km 166+008 to km 206+628 (the actual kilometer will be determined after taking over the road)
- way National No. 37 from km 0+000 to km 14+562 (transfer of the road to maintenance will take place on 01.07.2026)
Part 2 - including year -round (current and winter) maintenance of national roads in the Lipiany region.
Roads administered by the region in Lipiany covered by the subject of the contract are:
- S3 express road from km 0+000 to km 54+012
- S3/A6 expressway from km 9+200 10+600
The contracting authority reserves the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor tasks covered by the subject of the contract.
121 of the Act PZP, Key tasks specified in the works group No. 11 - contract management, i.e. activities performed by the following members of the Road Maintenance Team:
- road maintenance manager;
- Deputy Road Maintenance Manager.
b) the contractor may entrust the subcontractor to the other (non -reserved in point a) as key) tasks.
c) The Purchaser requires an indication in the offer of part of the contract, which will be entrusted to subcontractors and providing the names of subcontractors together with the subject of subcontracting contracts for which they are proposed.
