• The subject of the order is year-round (current and winter) maintenance of national roads managed by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Branch in Lublin, divided into 2 parts: Part No. 1: Year-round (current and winter) maintenance of national roads No. S12, 12, 17 and 82 managed by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Lublin Branch, Chełm District, Part No. 2: Year-round (current and winter) maintenance of national roads managed by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways Branch in Lublin District in Lubartów. with an estimated value exceeding EUR 10,000,000. The scope of work to be performed as part of the ongoing maintenance of national roads includes the following products: - current road maintenance (BUD), - current maintenance of highways and expressways (BUA), - winter road maintenance (ZUD), - ongoing maintenance of engineering facilities (BUM), including year-round maintenance of the surface, body, road drainage, sidewalks, and engineering facilities. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: the Contractor's obligation to personally perform key tasks covered by the subject of the order. The Contractor is obliged to personally perform the reservations reserved by the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law, key tasks specified in Work Group No. 11 - Contract Management, i.e. activities performed by the following members of the Road Maintenance Team: - Road Maintenance Manager; - Deputy Manager for Road Maintenance; - Road Maintenance Specialists...
