Description:
Description of the subject of the order: 1) Maintenance of the ferry crossing on the Warta River in the town of Warsaw, consisting of: a) interbank transport of people and goods, b) maintaining the ferry and the transport boat, the ferry deck in proper technical condition, carrying out minor renovation and maintenance works on the ferry float, propulsion equipment, access areas within the barriers and the entire ferry crossing, c) maintaining cleanliness on the ferry, transport and accompanying boats, d) securing the crossing during transport and during strong winds, ice floes and high water levels, e) maintaining navigation signs in proper condition.2) Responsibility responsibility for the correct and safe operation of the ferry and boat and liability for compensation for accidents on the ferry and boat.3) provision of transport services within the hours specified in the ferry crossing operation schedule, which constitutes an annex to the Specification of Order Conditions. In case suspension of the crossing, the staff is on duty to secure the ferry.4) Notifying the Ordering Party in writing of each suspension of the ferry and its reason to the person responsible for coordinating this order.5) Turning off...
