3.3. Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract:
1)The offered medicinal product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with the law requiring the possession of approvals, certificates and registration,
2) the offered medicinal product must be placed on the market in accordance with the requirements of the Act of April 12, 2024. lawPharmaceutical consolidated text (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 686),
3) the offered medicinal product must correspond to the standards or technical specifications in force for this product;
3.4. The Employer allows the possibility of using equivalent products, i.e. with chemical, physical and quality parametersNot worse than specified in SWZ - only in relation to products whose origin was determined by the Employer by indicating trademarks, patents or origin.
