Description: 1. Procedure mode: unlimited tender.
2. The subject of the order is the purchase of the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning).
3. The Employer provides for the possibility of applying the so-called "Previous assessment of offers" referred to in art. 139 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
4. The Employer provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 para. 1 point 7 or 8 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e .:
1) contract consisting in repeating the service in the field of development work in the amount of 50% of the value of the basic contract;
2) orders consisting in the delivery of additional licenses for ERP users of 10% of the basic order value.
5. The Employer provides for the right of options (see section II.2.11 announcements).
6. The Contractor is obliged to make a bid bond, before the deadline for submission of tenders, in the amount of PLN 262 400.
