Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 5 MIDI electric buses (10m).
and in the contract template constituting Annex 11 to SWZ.
3. The appraiser requires the share of products, including the software used in Equipment of telecommunications networks from the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union concluded contracts for equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU have applied under the Council's decision, exceeded 50%.
4. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the subcontractor's order (Article 462 (1) of the Act). The contracting authority requires that in the event of entrusting a part of the order to subcontractors, the Contractor indicates in the offer part of the contract, which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and provided (if they are known to him at this stage) names (companies) of these subcontractors. Entrusting a part of the order to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from responsibility for proper performance of the contract.
5. The applicant does not reserve the obligation to perform key parts of the contract by the Contractor in person.
6. The contractor who refers to the solutions The equivalent described by the contracting authority is obliged to show that the deliveries he offers meet the requirements set by the contracting authority.
