Description:
1. The detailed scope of the subject of the order and quality requirements are specified in the Detailed Design constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.2. The Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer after an on-site visit on May 13, 2026. at 11:00, 3rd floor, room 317. Recommended application for participation in the on-site visit containing the Contractor's data, i.e. company name, address, telephone number, name and surname of the person who will participate in the meeting. The application can be sent to the e-mail address: sklep@mcs-przychodnia.pl. Contractors who don't will participate in the on-site visit, they will not be able to reliably prepare an offer. The Ordering Party rejects the offer if it was submitted without an on-site visit. 3. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party indicates the following activities which implementation must take place under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1976 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1066, as amended): assembly works, painting works, plastering works, preparation of substrates, laying cables electrical installations, installation of sockets, laying ceramic tiles, installation of sanitary ceramics, finishing construction works, etc.4. The ordering party requires the offer to be secured with a deposit. The contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 10,000.00 (in words PLN: ten thousand 00/100).
