- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of technical inspection and maintenance services for laboratory and research equipment used by organizational units of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Krakow in 2026 - task no. 1 - SHIMADZU chromatographs. A detailed description of the task can be found in the SWZ - Section IV.1.2)2. The inspection of the devices specified in the task will take place at the user's headquarters, i.e. at the Provincial Police Headquarters in Krakow at ul. Mogilska 109 on the dates specified in individual tasks, on working days from Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. 3. The cost of inspection and maintenance (lump price) must include the cost of all materials and parts necessary to perform it, as well as the cost of the service technician's work and all other costs that may be due to the Contractor for the performance of the service, including the cost of travel to the Ordering Party's headquarters and the cost of transporting materials and parts necessary to perform the service.4. The contractor will guarantee that inspections will be carried out using original, new materials and parts.5. Performer will provide a warranty for parts, materials and services provided under the concluded contract for a minimum period of 3 months,...
