ZP-DI-29/25 Delivery of new COMMVAULT software licenses, provision of subscription services, Technical Support services, Maintenance Services, Development Services and conducting workshops to expand the software solution for managing backups
1.The scope of the subject of the order includes:
1) Delivery of Commvault software licenses - indicated in items 1-6 of the form price, constituting Annex No. 7 to the Agreement;
2) Commvault software subscription services - indicated in item 7 of the pricing form, constituting Annex 7 to the Agreement;
3) Technical Support services for Commvault software - indicated in items 1-6 (for new licenses) and 8-17 (for licenses held) price form constituting Annex No. 7 to the Agreement;
4) Maintenance Services provided by the Contractor's team of specialists - indicated in item 18 of the price form, constituting Annex No. 7 to the Agreement;
5) Development services provided by the Contractor's team of specialists - indicated in item 19 of the price form, constituting Annex No. 7 to the Agreement;
6) conducting Workshops - indicated in item 20 of the price form, constituting Annex No. 7 to the Agreement.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ -
Descriptions of the Subject of the Order, Price Forms and Draft Contract Provisions.
