Description:
The subject of the order is the sale (delivery) of electricity to the buildings of Centrum Zdrowia w Opolu Sp. z o. o., in the planned amount of approximately 231,200 kWh in total for consumption points, in accordance with the conditions contained in this SWZ. Technical description of the subject of the order and detailed information regarding individual consumption points are indicated in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The sale of electricity should take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), the Civil Code and those issued on their basis implementing regulations, as well as possibly applicable provisions of normative acts introducing maximum prices for electricity for the category of recipients to which the Ordering Party belongs. The order will be implemented as: A basic power supply facility at ul. Kociuszki 2 in OpoleB backup power supply facility at ul. Kociuszki 2 in OpoleC Power supply heat exchanger, facility at ul.
