Description:
1) The subject of the order is the supply of electrical materials and light sources. 2) A detailed description of the subject matter and the maximum order quantity are included in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Order Conditions, price form. 3) The quantities of materials under the procedure are indicative quantities, these quantities may may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party during the term of the contract. 4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivered materials be: brand new, first-class, meet quality and utility standards, be free from physical and legal defects, packed in original packaging (applies to products sold in the packaging).5) All articles proposed by the Contractor, if sold in packaging, must have intact features of the original factory packaging, i.e. have the security measures used by the manufacturer. Packaging must be clean, without mechanical damage, ensuring proper quality and durability of the product.6) By submitting the offer, the Contractor guarantees and declares that the offered subject of the order meets and has all legally required approvals, permits, attestations, declarations of conformity and certificates.7) The offered subject ...
