Description:
1. The subject of the order is: a) delivery of 1 piece of forensic illuminator equipped with fully integrated UV-VIS-IR lighting with an imaging system, intended for archiving and describing evidence as well as revealing and examining biological traces (fully completed); b) execution in form stationary instruction on operation, maintenance and use of the device for at least 7 people.2. The devices must have a factory new production date no earlier than 2025 and be approved for use in Poland.3. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order and the implementation of the contract are included in the annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Order) and Annex No. 4 to the SWZ (Design Agreement).4. The contractor is obliged to provide a 24-month warranty for the equipment constituting the subject of the delivery, counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol, but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty.5. The contractor will deliver the item contracts to the Provincial Police Headquarters in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 109.6. The ordering party allows solutions equivalent to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems described in the order documentation, in accordance with Art. 10...
