1. The offer is submitted only via the Purchasing Platform. The offer should be placed on the purchasing platform at: https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn /ajd_czest/proceedings, in the line marked with the title and the case number of this procedure.
2. Submitting all applications, declarations, information, notices and inquiries other than the offer are made on the Platform using the "Send a message to the ordering party" form. After clicking the "Send message to the ordering party" button, a message will appear that the message has been sent to the ordering party. Maximum size of one file sent via dedicated forms for: submitting, changing, withdrawing an offer is 150 MB, while for communication the file size is a maximum of 500 MB.
