ZP3/5067/25 - Development of project documentation for the construction of a mini technology park for the needs of UAM together with the accompanying infrastructure and under the option of the option - exercising author's supervision during works carried out on the basis of the developed documentation (optional order)
The subject of the contract is:
a) developing project documentation for the construction of a mini technology park for the needs of UAM together with the accompanying infrastructure,
and
b) Under the option of options - authority supervision during works performed on the basis of the developed documentation (optional order).
95 of the Act PZP Requires employment by the Contractor, Subcontractor or further subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing the work covered by the subject of the contract, in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract constituting an attachment to SWZ. This requirement does not apply to activities covered by the subject of this orders belonging to the scope of duties of persons performing functions: designers, in accordance with chapter 7 point 7.2 SWZ.
