ZP3/5793 Extension and reconstruction of the building of the Department and Department of Microbiology of the Medical University together with the surroundings and accompanying buildings for the needs of the Faculty of Art Sciences, Adam Mickiewicz University, ul. Wieniawskiego 3 in Poznań

Minimum warranty periods:
1) for construction works and installed materials and devices, the Contractor provides a warranty for a minimum period of 36 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol by the Parties;
Note: Warranty period quality for the construction works performed and the materials and devices installed is the criterion for evaluating the offers.
2) warranty for physical and legal defects for materials, devices, equipment elements and all works and construction works performed as part of the implementation of the subject of the order is granted on a period of 60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol.
During the Guarantee Period, the Contractor is obliged, as part of the Remuneration received, to provide warranty services including:
