Description:
Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract is a successive supply of aviation fuel for jet engines with the CN code 2710 19 21 under the trade name JET A-1 (code according to PKWiU 19.20.24.0) to a road tanker or directly to an aircraft (helicopter), used by the Police Aviation Section of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Krakow, with a total volume of 120 m3. 2) The predicted amount of fuel is the predicted value. This value is indicated only for the purpose of selecting the most advantageous offer by the Ordering Party and does not constitute the Ordering Party's obligation towards the Contractor. The Ordering Party guarantees the performance of the contract at the level of min. 70%., 3) The delivered fuel will meet the quality requirements contained in Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements for Jointly Operated Systems (AFQRJOS). at the Krakow-Balice Airport, where the Ordering Party's aircraft and road tanker will be refueled. 5) In order to confirm that the offered level of contract performance is in line with the Ordering Party's expectations, the Contractor must have a Certificate ...
