- I. The subject of the order are services consisting of:
a) successive collection and transport of solid municipal waste (segregated
and unsegregated);
b) emptying septic tanks and transporting liquid waste (sewage);
c) collection, transport and disposal of catering waste category 3,
The subject of the contract was divided into 7 tasks, corresponding to the scope indicated below:
a) Task No. 1 - Εwidwin Garrison - municipal and liquid waste,
b) Task No. 2 - Εwidwin Garrison - catering waste,
c) Task No. 3 - MrzeΕΌyno Garrison - municipal and liquid waste,
d)Task no. 4 Garrison of MrzeΕΌyno and Trzebiatow - catering waste,
e) Task No. 5 - Trzebiatow Garrison - municipal and liquid waste,
f) Task No. 6 - MirosΕawiec Garrison - municipal and liquid waste,
g) Task No. 7 - MirosΕawiec Garrison - catering waste.
Detailed conditions for the execution of the order are specified document titled "Draft contract" constituting Annexes No. 4 a, b to the SWZ.
Detailed description, scope of the subject of the order and related quality standards
with the implementation of the subject of the contract were specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex No. 4 a, b to the SWZ - Project contracts.
The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the procedure under Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law.
III. The Ordering Party requires the declaration referred to in Art. to be submitted with the offer. 125 section 1 of the Act (EAT).
