- The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products - 8 packages on the terms specified in the essential provisions of the contract according to Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in the quantities specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
Package 1 - Aqua pro injection
Aqua pro inj. 10 ml x 100 amps, solvent for preparing parent medicineseral products, details included in Annex No. 5.1 to SWZ.
Package 2 - Atracurii besilas
Atracurii besilas 10 mg/ml, solution for injection or infusion, 5 ampoules of 5 ml each. The Ordering Party requires that the offered medicinal product has a note in its SmPC on stability after dilution with infusion fluids atweather up to 30 degrees. details included in Annex No. 5.2 to SWZ.
Package 3 - Paracetamolum 10mg/ml - 50 ml
Paracetamolum 10 mg/ml - solution for infusion. - 1 vial of 50 ml, details included in Annex No. 5.3 to SWZ.
Package 4 - Budesonidum 0.5 mg/ml
Budesonidum 0.5 mg/ml x 20 containers of 2 ml, suspensionsand for inhalation from a nebulizer. The Ordering Party requires that the contents of the container/ampoule can be stored for up to 12 hours after opening, in accordance with the Summary of Product Characteristics. details included in Annex 5.4 to SWZ.
