Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical gloves - 9 packages on the terms set out in the planned provisions of the contract in quantities arising from current needs and on the dates arising from the contract.
The contracting authority requires the offered subject of the contract to be allowed and use, in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices.
The contracting authority allows you to submit partial offers for packages, then the Contractor may submit an offer for the selected package or all packages listed in Annex 1 to SWZ (OPZ).
