Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of accessories to medical apparatus on the terms set out in the planned provisions of the contract in the quantities resulting from current needs and on the dates arising from the concluded contract. The detailed range is included in Annex 5 to SWZ.
2. The Ordering Party allows submitting partial offers for packages, then the contractor may submit an offer for the selected package or all packages listed in Annex 1 to SWZ (OPZ).
3. The subject of the contract was described by indicating trademarks, patents, origin, source or special process because It cannot be described in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, which is why the Employer allows equivalent products and indicates in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 1 to SWZ) the criteria used to assess the equivalence and requires the means of evidence in question in accordance with chapter XV point 1.4.
