Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of sterile and non -sterile disposable products - 6 packages on the principles set out in the planned provisions of the contract in quantities arising from current needs and on the dates arising from the concluded contract.
Detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract It is included in OPZ, Annex 1 to SWZ and in Annex 5 to SWZ - price forms.
The contracting authority requires that the offered subject of the contract be approved for marketing and use, in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices.
The contracting authority allows for partial offers on Packages, then the contractor may submit an offer for the selected package or all packages listed in Annex 1 to SWZ (OPZ).
