Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory equipment - 10 packages on the terms set out in the planned provisions of the contract in quantities arising from current needs and on the dates arising from the concluded contract.
A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is included in OPZ, Annex No. 1 to SWZ and in Annex 5 to SWZ - price forms.
The Employer allows you to submit partial offers for packages, then the Contractor may submit an offer for the selected package or all packages listed in Annex 1 to SWZ (OPZ).
