Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of single-use medical equipment divided into 12 packages, on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract, in quantities resulting from current needs and within the deadlines specified in the concluded contract. The ordering party requires the offered item order was a medical device authorized for trading and use, in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices.
The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for packages, then the contractor may submit an offer for the selected package or all packages listed in Annex No. 1 to SWZ (OPZ).
PACKAGE 1 - FEEDING CATHETERS
