Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service in the field of maintenance sanitary works related to maintaining the current technical efficiency of the IPCZD buildings located in Warsaw at Al. Polish Children 20.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 1, 2 and 5 to the SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers
Reasons for not dividing into parts:
For the correct implementation of the subject of the order, i.e. maintenance and repairs of sanitary equipment and installations cannot be divided into parts. It is not possible to separate the maintenance service of repair services, as one service follows from the other. Joint order fulfillment ensures fair competition and access to the order for small and medium-sized enterprises.
4. The Ordering Party requires that the contractor employs persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party on the basis of an employment relationship regarding the execution of the order.
Detailed requirements regarding the type of activities, method of verification and control of the employment requirement based on an employment relationship are specified in the description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) and the draft provisions of the contract - in accordance with § 10 draft provisions of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ).
