1. Subject of the order is the supply of reagents, calibrators, controls and consumables along with the lease of analyzers (main and backup) for determining the concentration of the following analyte package: 25OHD, 1,25(OH)2D, hGH, IGF-1, IGFBP-3, renin, 17-OHP, Infliximab, Adalimumab, Ustekinumab, Vedolizumab, anti-Infliximab, anti-Adalimumab, anti-Ustekinumab, anti-Vedolizumab.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 1, 2 and 5 to the SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
Reasons for not dividing into parts: The specificity of the subject of the contract is inseparable the entire amount required by the Ordering Party, i.e. lease of the analyzer with the supply of reagents necessary to perform the tests specified in the price form constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
