Description:
1. The subject of the order is the servicing of medical equipment divided into 13 packages. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 1, 2 and 5 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for packages, then the Contractor may submit an offer for the selected package or all packages listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ (OPZ). 4. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law - the so-called reverse procedure. PACKAGE NO. 1 - Service service: analyzer, cardiology center, ultrasound, echocardiograph, ECG, cardiomonitor 1. The subject of the order is the servicing of medical equipment divided into 13 packages: PACKAGE NO. 1 - Service support: analyzer, cardiology center, ultrasound, echokardiograf, EKG, kardiomonitor. 2.
