The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products divided into 15 packages on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract in quantities resulting from current needs and within the deadlines specified in the concluded contract. The Ordering Party allows submitting partial offers for packages, then the contractor may submit an offer for the selected package or all packages listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (OPZ).
