Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive legal services to the Ordering Party while maintaining due diligence resulting from legal knowledge, ethical principles and the professional nature of the business conducted, and in accordance with the submitted offer, constituting annex no. to the contract. 2. Within a comprehensive framework legal services The Contractor will be obliged in particular to provide legal assistance by: 1) providing legal advice and consultations in written and oral form, 2) preparing written legal opinions, 3) analyzing and giving opinions on documents sent to the Company and those created in the Company, including also acts of internal company law and verifying them from a formal and legal point of view, 4) providing legal advice in terms of compliance with applicable law in the scope of documents submitted to the Contractor for analysis or opinion, 5) participating in the preparation of documentation regarding the proceedings implemented under the Public Procurement Law and the Act of April 15, 2011 on medical activities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 799, 1897, of 2025, item 129, as amended) and proceedings below the value of PLN 130,000. zlotys,6) preparing projects u...
