Description:
The scope of the order includes:
1) preparation and submission to the Ordering Party of design and cost estimate documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of a given building to the extent indicated in point 4 below and described in detail in the guidelines for the development of design and cost estimate documentation,
2)obtaining and transferring The Ordering Party for a given building, a decision of the Department of Architecture and Monuments of the Wrocław City Hall (hereinafter referred to as WAiZ UM), a building permit along with confirmation of submitting an application to WAiZ UM for issuing a certificate that the decision has become final/obtaining and providing the Ordering Party with a certificate about the lack of grounds to object to the intention to perform construction works in accordance with Art. 30 section 5aa of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law,
3) performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works covered by the developed documentation.
