Description:
The scope of the subject of the contract includes, among others: 1) heat supplied with a heating network via a heat carrier in the form of hot water with variable
temperature (in accordance with the adjustment table for the heating system of the city of Wrocław determined by Fortum Power and Heat Polska sp.Annex 9 to SWZ), 2) heat supplied to buildings in the amount resulting from the ordered thermal power for each building, determined by the Ordering Party, 3) the heat supplied will be used in municipal premises for the needs of central heating and hot water and heat for the needs oftechnology, 4) the date of starting heat delivery from the heating network to a given building, indicated in Annex 8 to SWZ, will result from the connection agreement concluded for this building, 5) the place of heat delivery and the transfer of heat ownership right are sections of pipelines on whichMeasurement and settlement components have been installed, 6) measuring and accounting system measuring total heat supplied to the heat node is the property of Fortum Power and Heat Polska sp.z o.o.
