Description:
The subject of the order are renovation works in municipal residential premises (vacant properties) located in Wroclaw at ul. Lwowska 29/7, ul. Lwowska 32/5.5. The scope of the order for individual premises includes: 1) preparation of design documentation for stage heating with a gas boiler dual-function with a hot water tank and central heating installation. based on the functional and utility program for the premises at ul. Lwowska 29/7 and ul. Lwowska 32/5 along with obtaining the final decision on the building permit or a certificate of no objection to the notification of construction works, issued by architectural and construction administration body and execution of construction works based on the developed design documentation,2) bricklaying and plastering, flooring, flooring and cladding works, carpentry, painting,3) works in the field of sanitary installations including the necessary replacement of equipment,4) works in the field of electrical installations, including the necessary replacement of equipment, 5) preparation of acceptance documentation for each residential premises to the extent specified in section 3. 1 point 18) of the template contracts.
